Having gotten a update or shipping date to an item I ordered 72 hours ago on 12/12/2024.Starting to feel concerned about my order or should I ask for a refund. Haven't talked to anyone or gotten the right feedback on the status of the order.

I gave my daughter 2 gift cards to local restaurants. Neither restaurant take the gift cards. *** scam give me my money back

This issue has not been solved!!! We still do not have access to the gift certificate in the amount of $150.00 that I purchased.
If you cannot solve this issue I will be forced to ask for a refund!!!

Nighymare
Do not waste your time or money buying this card. They either need your bank account to put the money in or they gave you a gift card that works nowhere.
My kids bought it for me to use at a restaurant. They got charged at least 20% for even buying the card which I have no idea why they would even do that. Give the person cash or go straight to the source to buy the credit card or get a credit card from Visa or MasterCard directly from the source stay away from this merchant. There is no need to go through a third-party go to the direct source.
If you have any problems, there is nobody to call you have to email and be bothered with a computer and then somebody eventually gets back to you. Nightmare if I could give it no stars I would.

I ordered a gift card for a person. Took 3 weeks to received only to have a statement that information me the recipient had to be send information to your company which would take an additional 10 days or longer to receive instructions on how to activate & use gift card.
This would be over a month before person could use the gift card. I asked for a refund it was approved and stated by email from your company I would receive a refund credited back to my account which I have not ever received. I feel it to be a scam due to you cannot even speak to a live agent I only receive emails from your company that are not followed thru with such as I would be refund which again I have not received the credit back to my account. I replied I had not received my refund a email from your company sent back to me stated refund had been sent credited to my account for me to double check I had not been credited the refund back to my account My last email to then refund not received & if you your or in need of my money that bad enjoy have a good day because you have upset my days for the past month!
At this Point I feel I have been scammed for $35.00 & will never receive a refund. Not Appreciated!

Never received purchases product
Ordered a gift card Dec42024 never received. Multiple attempts to contact customer service support never got resolved.
Told it was sent and probably lost by postal service.
January they sent email that order was cancelled and expect refund. Now day 72 and problem is still not resolved

I send a Natural Grocers gift card and sent it to my mother. She could not use it. They dont have anyone who can help via phone.

First I don't know how I connected to gifty. I was looking for a restaurant in NC named Bellings (sp?).
I order two gift cards. One for Phil Levesque and one for Jimmy Lazzaro. Phil declined card and my credit card Capitol One was to be credited. Jimmy never received it.
Capital had a dispute but put charges back on my card, which I don't understand.
I'm due $216. Your company needs to refund my credit card. If your a legitimate company you will reimburse $216 to Capitol One.
