Bought what I thought was a Gift Card for my Sis and Bro-In-Law for Christmas to a restaurant they had never been to. Upon trying to use it, they discovered said restaurant doesn't accept Gift Cards.
Then, Sis read the fine print at Giftly.
Why would people pay money for a card that is a suggestion? That seriously makes no sense.
Are they implying that stupid people who can't think for themselves should purchase this gift card since it supposedly comes with suggestions?
Needless to say, I am getting my moneyNO!NO back and sending money to my Sister in hopes she will still try the restaurant.

Frustrated!!! With nobody caring about the consumer or how to resolve this issue after 4 attempts. It sure sounds scary to me.

You can't use these gift cards at the store! You have to deposit the funding first into your bank or whoever you're giving the gift to. Really dumb!

Empty Gifts

The company doesnt respond when you have an issue. I experienced that the gift card was never taken to be mailed out.
The tracking number stated a label was made but the product never was sent out to be delivered to the customer.

Surprisingly, I did receive one of the cards in the mail. There was no indication that my request to send a physical card was accepted - the online form kept erasing my State choice, and then would bring me to the beginning of the process to re-fill the form. I do appreciate it was sent, and I now need to find the other $100 card to be sent physically.
They do not respond to emails and their phone number either tells you to email them because no live support is available, or the phone number reports as vacant. Extremely frustrating experience - avoid Giftly - they are a complete scam!!

The last digits are 944. I went to your activation site again on 4/9, and my card says it is active. Please fix whatever is going on here.

Buyer Beware

- I contacted them multiple times with no response and opened a BBB case.
Company refuses to respond to emails, phone calls, and has no customer service. I've contacted them numerous times without a response.
I came to write this review for others to avoid using this company.
A simple Google search or a search through the Better Business Bureau will give you a great glimpse of this company overall. I've opened a case with the BBB as well.
